1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astrotrue ("the Service"), operated at astrotrue.fun. By creating an account, starting a paid trial, completing a purchase, or clicking a button that references these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy. We record the date, time, and Terms version of your acceptance together with your account or order. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service; how it works

The Service consists of: (a) chart computation — we calculate your astrological birth chart from the birth date, time, and location you provide, using established astronomical ephemeris data (real planetary positions; identical inputs always produce the identical chart); (b) AI-written readings — your readings, daily horoscopes, and tarot interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence based on your computed chart and your quiz answers, individually for your inputs; (c) AI chat guides — "Master Guides" are specialist AI personas, clearly labeled as AI inside the Service. Each guide is an AI assistant dedicated to one life area (for example love, career, or timing) and works from your computed chart, quiz answers, and reading history. Guide names are creative personas, not real people, and no human astrologer or psychic participates in chat sessions; (d) Cosmic Coins — an internal usage credit (Section 6); and (e) subscription membership — ongoing access billed as described in Section 4.

Nature of astrological content: the astronomical calculations we perform are real and reproducible. The astrological interpretation of those calculations is, by its nature, not a science and is not a statement of fact about you or your future.

3. Important disclaimers

• The Service is provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It must not be treated as a source of factual predictions about future events.
• The Service does NOT provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in the Service.
• Readings and chat responses are AI-generated. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. We label AI features inside the Service.
• We make no guarantee of any particular outcome in your relationships, career, finances, health, or any other area of life. Your decisions remain your own responsibility.
• Your chart depends on the birth information you provide. If your birth time is approximate or unknown, time-sensitive elements (such as your Rising sign) are approximations.

6. Cosmic Coins

• Cosmic Coins are a limited, internal usage credit exchangeable only for features inside the Service (readings, tarot draws, chat session time). The current coin cost of a feature is always displayed before you confirm spending.
• Coins have no monetary value; they are not legal tender, deposits, electronic money, or stored value redeemable for cash, and are not refundable for money (except where a purchase refund is issued under Section 5, in which case associated unused coins may be removed).
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold or traded outside the Service.
• Bonus, promotional, subscription, and referral coins have the same nature and no monetary value.
• Coins do not expire while your account remains open, but are forfeited without compensation when your account is closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.

7. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or subscribe
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate birth information for astrological calculations, and not to submit another person's personal data without their consent
• You will not misuse, abuse, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its AI systems
• You will not resell or commercially exploit the Service, or create accounts or referrals fraudulently
• Keep sensitive data out of chat: do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health or medical details, or other confidential information into conversations with AI guides. Chat inputs are processed by AI systems to generate responses and are not a secure channel for sensitive data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding your personal data) are the property of Astrotrue and protected by copyright laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Readings generated for you may be kept and used for your personal purposes.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information — including how your birth details and quiz answers are processed to compute your chart and generate readings. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Service Changes, Availability & Third Parties

We may add, change, or remove features (including guide personas, reading types, and the coin cost of features) with prospective effect. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services (for example, payment processing). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and/or cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms (including fraud, abuse, or dispute abuse under Section 5.4), with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive termination (including 3, 5, 6, 8, 12, and 13) survive.

12. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 3, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY READING OR GUIDANCE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY DECISION, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTIONS OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

If you have any issue with the Service, contact support@astrotrue.fun first — most matters are resolved informally within one to two business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Astrotrue has its principal place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply. Where mandatory law grants you the right to bring or defend a claim in the courts of your own domicile, nothing in these Terms limits that right.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-Service notice before taking effect, and the "Last Updated" date will change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel under Section 5.1 before the changes take effect.
